In rebirthing, we study the ‘birth script’ – the unconscious, pre-verbal decisions made from conception thru gestation to birth and the circumstances surrounding the birth. Revelatory aha’s are common. Making connections between our birth and our lives can be profound and life changing. If we were wanted and planned or not; if our mother was sad or depressed; if our father was present or not at the birth; if money was tight…all these circumstances can have subtle but powerful effects on our lives. Additionally, the type of birth we experienced – Caesarean, Breech, Induced, Blue Baby, Forceps – each has an effect. It is thru the breathwork that pre-verbal thoughts and decisions and feelings encoded in the cells of our bodies can come to the surface for release and transformation.
