Breathe

Breath-work or conscious connected breathing is a gentle process for reducing stress in mind-body and spirit.

As you breathe – inhale breath connected to exhale – your breath acts as a bridge, bypassing the mind, relaxing the body, allowing feelings and thoughts to rise to the surface of awareness for feeling, release and transformation. The breath energizes the body, stimulating the body’s natural ability to cleanse and purify itself of toxins, and ultimately enhancing the body’s health and vitality. Sessions can include up to one-hour of breath-work and exploration of life goals, transformation of limiting beliefs, practice of forgiveness and gratitude, and positive life strategies.
