Breath is life. Breath-work or conscious connected breathing is a spiritual, mental, physical and emotional experience. It is a gentle process for releasing stressful energies in mind and body and increasing peace, clarity, aliveness, joy, love, and connection to your heart, higher self, Source energy or/and God. The breath process – inhale breath connected to exhale – acts as a bridge, bypassing the mind, relaxing the body, allowing feelings and thoughts, some pre-verbal, to rise to the surface of awareness for feeling, release and transformation. The breath energizes the body, stimulating the body’s natural ability to cleanse and purify itself of toxins, and ultimately enhancing the body’s health and vitality.
Sessions include: Exploration of life and birth themes, transformation of limiting or fear-based patterns of thought and feeling, forgiveness and creative thought, spiritual and metaphysical principles, coaching on personal goals, and up to one hour of conscious connected breathing.
Series of 10 sessions recommended.
